Big Muddy calibrates your pressure sensors and pressure gauges if you don't have your own calibration system.

Calibration will be done with 0-1000 bar sensor with full tracing path. Total accuracy for that sensor is 0,25 % of full scale. Calibration certificate is posted with the sensor and by e-mail (.pdf) if requested. Calibration meets international quality certification program standards like ISO etc. It is also possible to have other accuracy and smaller range of pressure if there are many sensors to calibrate at the same time.

Calibration of pressure sensor is done with 100 point both up- and downward the scale. Hysteresis, zero point travel, absolute accuracy and accuracy after zero point reset are visible in the report. This precision of calibration you can not get anywhere else. Even the pressure sensor manufacturers make their certificates by checking the accuracy on few easy points.

Calibration of pressure gauge is done with 5 points in both directions on scale but you can also request more profound calibration.

Suitable sensors for this calibration are 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and 0-5V models. If you have other type signals in your sensors, please contact us and we'll check the compatibility. Most of the standard connectors will be found in Big Muddy's tool box and what we don't have, we will make it. If your sensor's zero point is adjustable and way of the original zero point, we can adjust it back on scale and get you two certificates (first before tuning and second as tuned).

Calibration will be made within 1 to 2 days after receiving the sensor or gauge. You will get your process items back usually the same week
